A bit about me:
I am a life coach and well-being educator with a background in positive psychology. I have also been living with chronic illness for the last sixteen years: Lyme, IBD and most recently I have been recovering from a TBI. I know what it’s like to go through the struggle of looking for answers, feeling isolated, and without hope. I know the importance of community, of growth, of optimism, and of reframing our thoughts to get the most out of our lives and to find joy, compassion and connection. I wish I had access to a group like this during the most challenging parts of my struggle. And I am honoured to be bringing it to you.
